Paying homage to Scottie Pippens signature shoe from the 97, this Nike LeBron 17 Uptempo is dressed in a familiar Chicago Bulls-style color scheme. The University Red Knitposite upper features marbled accenting on the mid-panel and heel. White trim along the collar contrasts the black knit tongue and black laces. A split white and black nylon pull tab on the tongue assists with easy on-off access. Translucent molding on the heel displays an inverted black Swoosh. The large visible Air cushioning unit in the heel extends to the forefoot. The special edition colorway is finished with the classic Uptempo logo added to a lace loop covering near the toe.
